Director of Sports PerformanceCoach Lou has been a Personal Trainer for many years. He received a scholarship to run track for theUniversityofMississippibut after a year decided to transfer to walk on the football team atNorth CarolinaCentralUniversity. At NCCU, Lou became a 4 year starter at safety and was named All-American his junior and senior years. During his senior year, Lou was also named NCCU Student Athlete of the year. He holds a B.S. in Physical Education and a Masters in Exercise Science and Injury Prevention. Currently Lou trains adults and athletes from ages 7 through professional, from one on one session up to large groups or teams. Coach Lou George is a dedicated professional who takes pride in getting you optimal RESULTS. He motivates you through realistic goal setting tough exercises, accountability and words of encouragement. Coach Lou has coached and trained people from all walks of life. From entertainers like “Chilli” from TLC to professional athletes like TJ Yates from the Houston Texans and Chris Houston from the Detroit Lions. Having been a former college athlete Coach Lou knows the hard work you must put in to be an athlete entertainer or some who wants to lose weight. His qualifications include.
Manager of Operations & Master TrainerHis career in sports has spanned over 15 years, as a star quarterback at Banneker High School, after which he matriculated to Georgia Tech to major in Management and play Wide Receiver with numerous accolades on and off the football field. Upon graduation, he played professional football for the NFL for three years with the Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He then served as a performance coach with Dave Schuman’s National Underclassmen Combine (N.U.C.). For the past 5 years he has focused on personal training and coaching, preparing young athletes to achieve the next level in their athletic careers, in addition to motivating everyday people to live healthy active lifestyles. His clientele ranges from young children ages 6 and up to professional athletes, showing his wealth of knowledge of various levels of training. Levon Thomas, Sports Performance Coach, Personal Trainer and former NFL and collegiate football player, has a passion for motivating youth to strive for greatness especially when it comes to their athleticism, health and fitness.
